Senior IT Support Specialist
The IT Support Specialist II role involves providing Tier 2 support to Swyft employees. You’ll handle more complex technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity, and offer guidance to Tier 1 support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot advanced software, hardware, and network issues.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and setting up IT resources.
- Document recurring issues and work on long-term solutions.
- Mentor Tier 1 support staff to improve overall technical support quality.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and networking.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
