StaffOps Generalist
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will handle day-to-day HR operations, from onboarding and employee relations to performance management. You will support Swyft’s efforts to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in employee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Manage employee relations and provide support to managers.
- Administer performance reviews and assist with career development planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Qualifications:

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
